Dan Rumsey would have felt right at home in the 1960s folk-blues scene, says Sing Out magazine. He plays 6- and 12-string guitar, resophonic slide guitar, and piano, singing in a soulful, bluesy style, writing songs with themes of peace, equality, family, and occasionally, cats. In April 2016, Dan took top honors in the River Falls Upper Midwest Songwriter Contest.
